- ➤ Over the weekend, the CUE Center for Missing Persons held its National Missing Persons Conference with a 27th annual Candlelight Vigil at the waterfront to honor those still missing and support their families. The event featured a blue light escort for attendees, unveiled a wall of missing persons photos, and recognized three families for recent recoveries—while longtime volunteer Dwayne Baker shared his personal reason for getting involved.
