- ➤ Cape Fear Public Utility Authority will issue a boil-water advisory from 9 p.m. Thursday, March 26 for about 125 customers on Parmele Boulevard, North Lumina Avenue, Heron Street, Sandpiper Street, Crane Street, and Mallard Street as crews replace broken valves and may cause brief water pressure loss.
