- ➤ Wilmington police arrested 46-year-old Cedric Johnson (accused in the fatal stabbing of 44-year-old Jeffrey Jermaine Scott) just after 8:15 p.m. (Saturday, April 5) when officers responded to a report of a stabbing on the 100 block of Montgomery Avenue where the victim died at the scene.
