- ➤ The Club at Midtown held a ceremonial groundbreaking on May 18 with local leaders and Mayor Bill Saffo joining the event ahead of its planned September opening. The upscale social club will feature luxury fitness amenities, indoor+outdoor courts and a restaurant as construction continues. WWAY
- ➤ Belville will hold a Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 25 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Belville Riverwalk Veterans Memorial to honor fallen military members and first responders with a wreath laying and remembrance tribute. FOX Wilmington

- ➤ Trask Land Company and Cameron Management plan a commercial development along U.S. 17 near Blake Farm in Scotts Hill.
