- ➤ Cucalorus Film Festival in Wilmington has been named one of MovieMaker Magazine's '50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee' for 2026, highlighting its focus on creative community rather than competition. The 32nd annual event runs Nov. 19-22 downtown and early bird passes are now available. WWAY

- ➤ Cape Fear Community College's Film and Video Production Technology program will move classes to Cinespace Studios this fall to give students hands-on experience in a working film studio & expand continuing education offerings.
