- ➤ The annual Toys for Tots drive has started along Cape Fear as local volunteers set up donation boxes in Brunswick and New Hanover counties to collect gifts for children in need before the holidays. Organizers in New Hanover County will deploy about 400 boxes around Halloween and begin picking them up on Dec 15 so that gifts can be sorted in time. WWAY
