- ➤ A New York judge ruled in favor of news publishers including Wilmington StarNews and held Google liable for breaking antitrust laws by using its ad tools to hurt publishers' revenue — the ruling follows earlier findings and means publishers still must prove their losses. - ➤ The Museum of Coastal Carolina in Ocean Isle Beach invites the public to a beach-themed holiday celebration on Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., where guests can make and take home beach-themed crafts, play in the snow, learn how animals survive winter, see White Beard the Pirate Clause and vote on decorated trees, and enjoy a Chocolate and S’more food truck and face painting (for an additional charge) while paying $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, and $8 for children aged 3-12.
