  • Wilmington’s Princess Place Drive area has produced leaders who impact the community.   • The N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission removed a proposal to amend the blue crab fishery management plan ahead of a November meeting—citing timing concerns—while crabbers warned that planned harvest restrictions might hurt their catches after last year’s record low yield.
